Total price of goods and services

You will receive detailed information about the total price and the price components of the services you intend to use in our Internet offer as well as summarised again in your shopping basket and during the ordering process.

All prices are always inclusive of taxes and duties.

The delivery and shipping costs will be clearly listed separately before you submit your offer. Further costs which are not listed and presented separately before submission of the offer do not apply, in particular no costs which are not paid by us.

Terms of payment, delivery and service

You can pay in our shop via the means of payment indicated in the left column (credit card (VISA card, Master Card, American Express), Klarna, Sofortüberweisung, PayPal).

We deliver exclusively via the shipping service provider DHL in standard shipping. If necessary, you can select other shipping options yourself during the ordering process (e.g. express shipping or similar).

The delivery time is approx. 3 to 5 days.

We do not have a special procedure for dealing with complaints. However, you can contact us at any time with all your complaints via the specified contact channels and we will of course deal with these complaints in an uncomplicated and quick manner and try to clarify existing problems.


Existence of a statutory warranty right

You are always entitled to the statutory warranty rights (also called defect liability rights).

Existence and conditions of customer services and guarantees
If special customer services or guarantees are given in individual cases, we will provide you with the corresponding information, in particular the conditions for this, separately, in detail and transparently in direct connection with the respective goods or services.

Time and precise circumstances of the conclusion of the contract

The information, prices and other descriptions of goods made available on our website do not constitute a binding offer to conclude a contract. Rather, by ordering the goods, you are making a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. The contract shall only be concluded upon our express acceptance of the order. We can accept your offer within two days. Acceptance is effected by sending a declaration of acceptance by e-mail to the e-mail address provided by you.
We will first forward your purchase offer to our authorised dealer network in accordance with the information in the preamble to our General Terms and Conditions (see more details there). If no authorised dealer declares that the ordered goods are in stock and available for delivery, we will deliver the goods ourselves. Due to these special circumstances, the declaration of acceptance may take a little longer than is usual in online trading. You will receive a declaration of acceptance by e-mail as soon as it is clear who will deliver the ordered goods.

Individual technical steps leading to the conclusion of a contract

Storage of the contract text and making it available to the customer

We store the text of the contract after conclusion of the contract for our own purposes. If you have registered with us for order processing, you can view the contracts you have concluded in the order history after entering your user name and password in your customer account, even after conclusion of the contract. This is a free additional service which we reserve the right to discontinue.

In addition, we will always send you a confirmation of receipt with the content of the contract conclusion by e-mail. You are obliged to permanently store or print out this order confirmation so that the content of the contract is available to you in permanent form.

In addition, our General Terms and Conditions (GTC) current at the time of the order must always be taken into account as the content of the contract. Our General Terms and Conditions can be found in our web shop at any time and can be printed out or saved.

There is no entitlement to permanent access to the content of the contract even after conclusion of the contract by us.

Recognition and correction of input errors

After you have been requested to enter your customer data, you will be directed to the following page by pressing the corresponding button. On this page you will be provided with a complete overview of the goods ordered / the order placed together with the concrete costs incurred as well as the data entered by you. Here you will be given the express opportunity to check and change both the order / order placement and the data you have entered. A binding offer is only made when you initiate the offer by a renewed declaration of intent (=pressing the corresponding button). You are therefore given sufficient opportunity to recognise input errors and correct them.


Languages available for the conclusion of the contract

The contract language is exclusively German.
