Is there a minimum order value or an order limit?

We have no minimum order value in our shop, nor is there an order limit

Is there an express delivery option?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer express orders at this time

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Your order will be processed within 24 hours and prepared for shipping on the following working day at the latest. You will receive an email when your goods leave our warehouse (including tracking number). The postage usually takes one to three working days if the delivery address is in Germany. Three to ten working days for addresses in ZONE 1, whereby we depend on the transport service provider from the time the shipment is handed over.

What do I do if my goods don't arrive?

If you still haven't received the goods by email a week after the shipping confirmation, please contact our customer service: onlineshop@picard-online.de

Is it possible to have my shipment delivered to a Packstation?

You have the option of having your goods delivered to a packing station. Please enter the different delivery address in the input field in the goods recipient address.

The following data must not be missing or must be entered in the correct order so that DHL can deliver correctly:

First name Name

123456789 (only the postal number = DHL Packstation customer number in the additional address field)

Packstation 123 (only the Packstation + its number in the street / house number fields)

How do I return my order?

Returns within Germany:

With the delivery you received a free DHL return label from us. You can find this inside the box or in the delivery note pocket on the outside of the package. Return the goods unused, in resalable condition and with all accessories to the address given on the return slip. A return to an incorrect address will result in significant delays in returns processing.

For returns outside of Germany, the customer has to bear the costs of returning the goods. Please send the return to the following address:

How do I get my money back for a return?

As soon as we (or our partners) have received the return and checked it, the purchase amount will be refunded to you. You will be notified of the individual steps by email. We will refund the purchase price of your return using the payment method you selected when you made the purchase.

Can I also exchange my order?

The quickest way to exchange your order or get a new delivery is to place a new order in our online shop and return the unwanted item.
