What payment methods do you offer?

We offer a whole range of payment methods and probably there is something for you. Here is a small selection:

Is there a minimum order value or an order limit?
We do not have a minimum order value in our store, nor is there an order limit
Is there a possibility of express delivery?
Unfortunately, so far we can not offer express delivery.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Your order will be processed within 24 hours and prepared for shipment no later than the following business day. You will receive an email when your goods leave our warehouse (including tracking number). Usually the postal service takes one to three business days if the delivery address is in Germany. Three to ten business days for addresses in ZONE 1. We depend on the transport service provider from the moment the shipment is handed over.
What do I do if my goods do not arrive?
If you have not received the goods one week after the shipping confirmation by mail, please contact our customer service: onlineshop@picard-online.de
Is it possible to have my shipment delivered to a Packstation?
You have the option to have your goods delivered to a Packstation. Please enter the different delivery address in the input field in the goods recipient address. The following data must not be missing or must be entered in the correct order to ensure correct delivery by DHL: First name / Last name, 123456789 (only the postal number = DHL Packstation Kd.-Number in the field address addition), Packstation 123 (only the Packstation + its number in the field street / house number), 12345 Musterstadt, Germany
How do I return my order?
Returns within Germany:

With the delivery you have received from us a free DHL return label. You will find this inside the box or in the delivery note pocket on the outside of the package. Send the goods unused, in resalable condition and with all accessories back to the address indicated on the return label. A return to an incorrect address will result in significant delays in returns processing.



For returns outside of Germany, the customer must bear the cost of returning the goods. Please send the return to the following address:

How do I get my money back if I make a return?
As soon as the return has been received by us (or by our partners) and has been checked, the purchase amount will be refunded to you. About the individual steps you will be notified by e-mail. We will refund the purchase price of your return via the payment method selected by you at the time of purchase.
Can I exchange my order?
The fastest way to exchange your order or receive a new delivery is to place a new order in our online store and return the unwanted item.
